If you want to exchange or complain about a purchased product, please fill in the delivery note.
Please note that a smooth processing of your return is the easiest if you attach the filled note to the shipment. Otherwise, an identification of your part can be done only manually with great effort, so that a repayment may be delayed.
Please note the following to ensure the rapid processing of your return:
Exchange is only possible if goods are in stock and articles are in original condition. Please contact us by email before returning goods for exchange. Contact: email@example.com (name customer no, order no and desired article)
In case of material defects or delivery of incorrect articles on our part, please send a short description and if possible, a photo of the product, to firstname.lastname@example.org. In order to reduce the processing time please state the name customer and order number.
Refund of purchase price
A refund is only possible within 14 days after receipt of goods and when articles are in original condition. The amount to be refunded will be refunded via the original payment method.
