1. How to reach the customer support
The support team can be reached by e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) and by telephone under +49 (0) 721 / 45195105 from Monday till Friday from 09.00 – 16.00 CET. Please have your customer and/oder order number ready for a faster service.
2. I would like to change my article
If you do not want to declare the revocation of your contract and then reorder the item but instead want a direct exchange, we inform you that an exchange is only possible if we have the item in stock. Write us an email so that we can resolve everything. We only take back items if they are in their original condition and without any signs of usage. Nevertheless, you can cancel your order within 14 days.
3. How long does the shipping take?
After receipt of payment, the delivery time is usually 5-7 working days.
4. How can I pay?
We offer prepayment, cash on delivery (cash on delivery for Germany only), PayPal and credit card payment (as well as some other payment methods via Skrill.com).
An afterward payment is possible via bankwire or PayPal.
In case you decide to pay in advance, you have to transfer the total amount of your order, which you can see in our confirmation mail, to the bank account listed in the same mail. Cash on Delivery (only for Germany)
For Cash on delivery you have to pay the amount in cash to DHL the moment they deliver the parcel. The amount must be fitting, DHL do not change. There is an additional COD fee of EUR 7,00.
You also can pay safe and easy via PayPal. During the order process you will be directed automatically to PayPal. If you are already a registered, you can login with your account and confirm the payment. In case you do not have a PayPal account you can sign in as a guest or set a registration and confirm the payment afterwards.

Credit card payment (via Skrill.com)
Credit card payments are processed via Skrill.com service. During the order process you will be forwarded to Skrill.com. You add the missing data (credit card type and number), confirm the payment and will be redirected to our website once the transaction is finished.
